My wife asked me where all the sugar went. Told her the girls were in need. I tell you, between the bees and hummingbirds we are using some sugar. My first year and 2 hives. Want the girls to be all they can be before winter sets in. They are coming and going on a regular basis but they are drinking some syrup. Of course it has rained here pretty steadily for the last 4 days, little over 5 inches. I'm using a jar feeder inside the hive.
