Do you mean, like a legal document? I make a verbal agreement w/ a landowner for so much honey each year for the right to place hives on their property. A handshake agreement. What are you looking for?

Yes a legal agreement in laymens terms, I am getting more requests to place my hives on other peoples property and I would like something in writing to protect my property and ownership. Thanks

Read a pollination contract. You may be able to adapt a pollination contract to what you are looking for.

and I would like something in writing to protect my property and ownership.

NOTHING in writing can protect your property or ownership. Something in writing may help you recover damages, but writing won't protect you. A good fence, guns, and/or big dogs can help you protect your property.

State registration of an apiary would likely establish some legal proof of ownership.
