Just for you Derek...
Dragonfly's post about the chupacabras reminded me of a close buddy of mine that is deathly afraid of them... One of his more likable traits is his gardening prowess- read on.
My good buddy noticed that fresh, locally grown tomatoes were only available for about six months out of the year. He decided he could make millions if he could just produce tomatoes when nobody else had any...
So he waited until mid October and then planted three forty foot rows of tomato seed in his back yard.:applause:
I tried to tell him but he had it all figured out... So far he thinks it's bad seed but some of what is coming up looks like it might turn out to be them so he's not complaining yet.:)
I felt bad enough that I gave him a ton of cold weather seeds and told hom they do really well with tomatoes.:D

That's great! Is this the guy that walks the fence at night? :D

Make sure you never tell him about green houses. You will be able to ride this greantess for a good while.
