Would anyone happen to have a winter patty recipe that is comparable to Dadant's AP23 winter patty? This is a thin pliable patty that remains soft and doesn't set up like cement. It appears to have brown sugar or maybe molasses in the recipe. I know it contains a small amount of a pollen substitute. The bees really love it.

I don't have a recipe but I know that unrefined sugars are not digestible, so it wouldn't be molasses. The brown is probably from soy or whatever is added for protein to simulate pollen.
