December Stew:
1 large Onion
1 Stick of Butter
2 tbs of Minced Garlic
1 Lemon squeezed
1 Cup chicken broth
1 large Rutabaga diced
3 large carrots pealed and chopped
blk pepper
salt to taste
2 lbs of venison stew meat (preferably albino)

Melt butter, brown onions and garlic, add pepper, salt and meat. Add lemon juice, chicken broth, and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hrs until root vegetables are tender.

Albino deer are not protected...I believe that in your state the ban on shooting albinos was lifted in 2008 because of CWD. In most states it is considered a genetic abnormality and among wildlife biologists they are considered "management deer" regardless of size in order to remove the abnormality from the herd.
