Market here is pretty good at least $8/lb Id image. What avenues would buy by the pail assuming I don't wanna bottle several hundred pounds?

The only way I know how to make $8 per pound for your honey is to sell it in small containers at a farmers market. I have established a customer base for my honey sales where they contact me each fall and drive to my home to purchase it. I sell most of my honey in 5 pound tubs for around 3 dollars a pound. Many of my customers purchase a case of six tubs. The larger the container the less per pound.

Really, bulk wholesale $8/lb, not bottled. I average that in small quantity bottles.

If you know the market, you should know the avenues, right? Selling bulk in food grade gallon jugs, 5-10 gallon buckets or larger barrels.

You can sell a few hundred pounds in 5 gallon buckets on Craigslist in just a few days. Or go to the guys selling it for $8 a pound and ask them if they need some buckets of honey.
