I'm a newbie.
I caught my first swarm about 3 weeks ago, 5 or 6 lbs and put it in a box. They cover 7 of the 9 deep frames.
With the cold spell of the last few weeks I've been feeding them pretty good.
But the temps have been in the 60s yesterday and today.
The bees are bringing lots of pollen in.
I put a full quart jar of syrup on yesterday morning and this morning it is empty again.

Question: Should I stop feeding them and force them to forage for nectar or continue until they stop taking the syrup on the own?

I feed swarms until they stop taking syrup. They'll use it to build comb or store it if they aren't eating it and using to raise brood. Usually if there's a heavy flow occurring, they stop taking the syrup.

Congratulations on catching the swarm.
