What to plant

I'm looking to plant some cover crops to help build some soils around my garden. I was curious as what yall would suggest for the bees? I was planning on Rye and and/or buckwheat. Approximately 1/2 acre in size is what I'm shooting for. I planted turnips and canola last fall, and I had them mowed and tilled before my bees arrived this spring.

Buckwheat is great for bees, but if you plant it in your garden next spring when you plant your garden you will have a lot of new buckwheat to contend with
