Take a very sharp knife and trim it down so it is flush with the end bars. The bees will fix the rest.
What to do with this frame?
I have one or two frames of comb that the bees have drawn way, way out, further than normal. It is so far, in fact, that it extends probably 3/4 of an inch beyond the frame. It has extended so far over into the space of the next frame that the bees have not drawn out the next sheet of foundation for lack of space.
