Here in kansas its an unbelievable 80 degrees in november. I was watching the bees fly this afternoon when I noticed bees coming into one of the hives that looked like ghosts they was covered in white powder everywhere they also had what appeared to be white pollen on there legs. They looked as though they had been treated with powdered sugar. What could they be getting into. Weve had a few good freezes here so I figured pollen was done. any ideas

No. I don't think we have that here, the plant I had in mind is infact called Himalayian Balsam (Impatiens glandulifera)
