I am a first year beek that went into winter with four hives here in northwest, Louisiana. Temps soared to 70 the past couple of days, so I thought I would check the hives. Three of them are very strong with lots of bees and plenty of capped brood. The fourth one had lots of bees and no brood. This queen was a good producer from last spring when I bought a nuc until the colony went into winter. Is it possible to save the colony, and, if so, how?

Give em a frame of eggs & larvae, a couple shakes of nurse bees for feeding the larvae. In a month it should queenright.
