i know i need to put her in a queen cage and put the candy, but do i need to put attendant bees in the cage with her? also what do i ship the queen cage in? i know how to ship them in a package of bees, but say i was sending her individually.

(p.s.) (i have no queens for sale.)

Attendants help! The simplest is to tape/glue the cage to the center of the box with ventilation holes on the ends. A battery of queens could have attendants outside the individual cages to attend the queens with candy to feed the lot. Living things don't long without air.
I have been receiving queens in Mannlake shipping boxes:

Have checked out the state inspection requirements?
