It is a smaller specimen of the rest. My bees are raised in small cell foundation and the size gradient is pretty large, but the big ones are those that stand out.
Might just be very young , but looks mite damaged to me. If the mites get your bees you will sometimes see these smaller bees that look sort of "half-baked".
In the center of your photo, I see a newly emerged worker bee. Also, at the very bottom, center of the photo, is another newly emerged worker, and between those two is a recently emerged drone.
