What a difference a year makes!! We didn't have a very good tulip poplar flow here but WOW did the girls get into something else. From a previous post, I think we all agree it's blackberries. Look at the difference between last year's honey and this years!! Last year is on the left, this year on the right.

I had suspected that this was mainly blackberries but it appears to be lighter and has a greenish tinge to it. It was extracted last weekend and collected April and May in MA
Can anybody suggest what it might be? We do have some tulip trees around but I wouldn't have thought enought to get 30+ lbs of this.
