Between 80 to 90 F would be nice. Of course you can extract 70 F honey, but then why would you have a warming room? If you get over a 100 F the wax gets pretty soft.
My warming room runs betweem 85 degrees F. and 90 degrees F. This makes it easier to extract but doesn't seem to damage the comb during extraction (causing blowouts of the comb during extraction)
