When I move a frame of capped brood to another hive I give that frame a single sharp shake, shaking most of the bees back into the hive the frame came out of. Then I place that frame in the other hive. That's what I do and haven't noticed any problems.
If the queen's hive is crowded enough with at at least 4-5 frames I do not see any problems. You can give as many extra frames as you want. Just do not put this frame in the center of hive and give once a day. I also recommend you choose a frame with mostly sealed brood.
