Phew, that is it. I must have a vented bee suit. Who makes a good affordable one?

What is your level of affordable?
I love my Ultra Breeze. It's a little expensive at $265, but well worth it if you are looking for a top-of-the-line quality bee suit.

I knew i should have omitted {affordable}, because price does not matter when i comes to sting protection.
I will do some investigating into the Ultra Breeze suit. the wife has given the go ahead for a vented suit, she is going to use my regular. I just cannot stand the heat and sweat any more.

even better that suit is [MADE IN USA]
Last year I got stung on a hot day 75 times because my suit was soaking with sweat and the bees continued to nail me on my back. That day I ordered my Ultra Breeze and since then I haven't been stung once when I have had my suit on.

I think i would have been visiting the hospital if i got 75 stings, arghhh.

I started with a Pestmall knockoff Ultrabreeze. I chose it because I had a gift card about to expire that covered its purchase. The zipper (plastic) busted after 14 uses, just after the warranty expired. But I did like the suit until the zipper broke.

I just got a BeeKool ventilated suit to replace my first suit. Awesome! I was still hot the last time I used it...super humid day with no breeze at all....but I wasn't soaked in sweat, it offers a lot of protection and does really help with the heat. I am a little nervous about the zipper, as it also has plastic zippers; however, the BeeKool has YKK zippers, while the Pestmall version does not. IME, YKK zippers are sturdy. Shipping was fast. I'd definitely buy another one and do business with Blue Sky Bee Co.
I just got my Ultrabreeze, and I love it.
Get the Ultra Breeze. Ive been using mine for about a year and have never been stung through it, the zippers are great quality and it actually feels good wearing it in hot weather. Its A winner, all around.
I got a Golden Bee Vented Jacket this year. They will sew them to your measurements. I really like it - Good construction and american made!
I have a Betterbee Ventilated Jacket that I like. You also have a choice veils which is nice.
I have the Round Veil and I like it for the hot sun. I will likely purchase a full suit next year.
Sizing runs big. Excellent Customer Service with Betterbee.
I have a ventilated suite from Pigeon Mountain. Decent suit, probably not a lot different from the others on the market. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced though so can't recommend them.
Pigeon Mountain is within a short driving distance from me – and I can't recommend them, either.

I bought, uhh, a basic pair of Dickey white cotton (painter's) coveralls with elastic cuffs. An old straw hat in the cheapest bee-bonnet I could find. Lightweight leather bee-gloves with long sleeves. Usually wear a long sleeve shirt inside the suit. The hives (all hTBH) sit underneath a deeply shaded grove of trees. Of course, part of my positive experience may arise from the fact that I don't have to tear my hives apart box-by-box to attend to them.
I got an Ultra breeze a couple of years ago and love it. Handled some very aggressive bees with it and no problems. The weakness I have noticed on some of the imports is where the veil zippers and front zippers meet up. It is hard to get them completely closed up by myself. Requeened a hive the other day which was the worst I have ever had to deal with. Thousands of bees coming out and stinging everything they could find. Smoke just pissed them off more. I found sugar syrup spray to to be more helpful in keeping them down a little. Had to spray my veil with green OFF so I could see out of it. The Ultra Breeze worked great. I do wear 9" boots because the legs were not long enough to go over my usual hiking boots and I am only 5' 10". I also have a Golden Bee jacket which is the same quality.
I have both the Ultra Breeze jacket and suit. I've been well pleased with both and would highly recommend them. They are quality suits.
My wife got the Ultra Breeze suit last year. Works very well for her. Legs are too short though. She uses riding boots. Some flexibility on sizing would be nice.
Love my Ultra Breeze from day 1, I would not use anything else.
