Getting a good deal on 80/20 fondant. Good enough to make me wonder about using it in my patty recipe in place of corn syrup/sugar syrup. I use ultrabee, prosweet, corn oil and a bit of dry sugar. I like this recipe because it never dries out.
The oil will help loosen and soften the fondant. May have to add a bit of water.
