Hello,
We requeened one of our hives, I inspected it a week later and found good brood patterns, but was unable to locate her highness. The ladies are bringing pollen into the hive on a regular basis so Im thinking this is good.

However, we have had enough swarms with this hive already. Im thinking of doing another inspection, but I do not want to stress the girls to much. Should I wait another week? what is a good rotation for inspections? is every two weeks to frequent?

many thank yous for your time

If you found eggs, you located her. That's all you need. I would have no problem inspecting a hive 4 times in two weeks with a well established queen. However, with the new queen, since you have found that she is laying well, I would give her 2 to 4 weeks to establish before disturbing them again.

Just my .02 and a half...Inflation
