I had a queen die about 3 weeks ago requeened, she has good brood pattern but there is only 3 frames of brood the rest of the hive is full of honey and pollen. what should I do if anything?:s

A bit more information is needed to give you an intelligent answer.

You need to make space for the queen to lay or you'll end up in a swarming situation. How you do that depends on your setup.

What are you using for a brood chamber? A single deep? A double deep? When was this colony established? Do you have drawn comb? How about a honey super?

You already in two brood boxs? If not, throw another on and put most of those honey/pollen frames in the new top box and drawn comb or plain foundation in their place. If your in all mediums, ad another and do the same. If your already in 2 deeps, put some in the freezer, and replace with drawn comb or foundation.
