I was lucky enough to see quite a bit of activity on my third inspection of my two hives.

The first is of the queen and her court, the second is of capped brood and larvae (with house bees attending to their needs) and the third is of newly laid eggs in newly drawn foundation...

(The queen is a New World Carniolan, but I believe the bees I received in the package are Italians...?)

in a month or so it won't be so easy as they will be full of bees. be prepared to add space shortly. good luck,mike
