Queen has been rode hard and put up wet. Still laying a great pattern though. What things should I be looking for to foretell a failing queen. She is only a year old.

mb, I need help spotting "spotty brood" as I think quite a bit of it looks spotty when some emerge a day ahead of others.

If there a open cells with eggs and larve in them in the middle of capped brood, that's not spotty, that's just emerging. If there are empty cells with nothing in them in the middle of capped brood, I'd call that spotty. Usually the cause is her laying drone eggs in worker cells and the workers are removing them before they hatch.
