Just pick up the hive body and turn it 180 and set it back on the bottem board - they should find the door !!!!!!

yeah most likely the queen is outside in that cluster but she might have be lost in the swarm gather - it happens - if you have frames of brood or can get one, place it in the center and the bees will stay - queen or no queen and they will make there own -- best of luck
