My year old hive seems to be booming, when I inspected it I found a shocker.
Almost every frame in the top brood box had at least one queen cell.
The first frame I checked it had a supersedure cell half way up the frame. The next few frames had supersedure AND swarm cells going.
I scraped off the swarm cells and half were filled with royal jelly. I checked the rest of the hive and couldn't find any eggs. I decided to leave two of the supersedure cells.

Was that the right choice? I am freaking out, I want this hive to survive as I already lost one already due to winter.
