We installed a new colony two weeks ago. We just inspected the hive and found several supercedure cells (two rather large ones and a few smaller ones). Should we order a new queen ASAP or can we wait and see what happens? The queen that came with this package was not marked and we have never actually seen her. But there are eggs and capped brood now, enough evidence that we know the queen is there.

Pretty common in a package. If you still see eggs, you can remove the cells and they may accept the queen, but just let nature run it's course, they'll make a new queen and everything will be fine, just don't bother them for about 4 weeks.

Early supercedure happens in most packages. I would let them raise their own queen.
