At our local meeting this past weekend, someone suggested putting a super of foundation between two drawn supers. I have always added on top. Opinions on this?
I've heard the alternate to top supering was to bottom super. Put the foundation above the brood nest as there are younger bees there that may more readily draw out the foundation. Each time I've done this I've enticed the queen to move up so I usually top super with foundation.
