ANY cut-out where you get the queen is a success.

The video doesn't show it, but yesterday, about an hour-or-two after I released the queen from the clip into the general population, I found the queen "sunning" near the entrance with a bunch of bees around her.

I placed her on the end of a slender wooden rod (she climbed right aboard) and I gently shoved her back in the entrance. I think she has stayed put ever since.

Haha. Tripod?

I'm using my Galaxy phone. I don't even have a proper video camera.

But I don't want to sell anymore bees until I have some momentum built up to do some splits. My wife agrees with you, though, that I should sell them as soon as I get them.

Haha, when the comb fell down on the lens it made me jump! Cool to watch though, congrats on the successful cut out :)
