Has anyone ever done this workout program? I just started yesterday, and it is SO intense! It's a 12 week program, I am pretty excited for the results. It's a mix of intensely focused dumbbell weight training, high intensity interval training, and full body circuits.

I'm lifting higher weights than I thought possible, with the help of my trainer! Got to, if I am going to be lugging around big boxes of bees and honey!

Anyway, it seems like it is a really good program. You can find the book at the library!

Just an update on this! I have three weeks left (I've missed a couple weeks and had to do them over) but in the past 8 weeks, I've made some pretty good gains on the weights I'm lifting, and dropped 20 pounds and 8 percent body fat! It's been such a great program for me so far.

I've done other workouts as well, which you're not supposed to during this, but I really like my cycle classes. I am sure that's helped too.

Just wanted to share!
