I noticed some strange bees going in and out of one of my hives. Attached is a picture. They are quite a bit larger and darker than the other honey bees in the hive. Can anyone tell me what type of bees these are and what, if anything, I should do about them? This is a new hive started from a package in April. The hive has expanded fairly rapidly and has filled two deep boxes.
