One thing that comes to mind...
Take the bottom box off, it's empty, place it in storage.
Take a deadout box of honey, remove the two most full frames of honey.
Make the top box the new bottom box, remove 2 most empty frames and replace them with the two most full frames of honey from the deadout box, placing the frames on the two outside positions. If you still have empties in the now bottom brood box, replace them with honey frames from the deadout.
Now put your deadout box on top, with the empty space from frames removed in the center of the box, and place the frames removed from the now bottom box into the center of the now top box.
This gives bees honey at sides of brood, and empty combs to move up into in the top box that in inbetween frames of honey. They will feel rich with honey and expand fast as weather permits. Early spring blooms are just starting in places now.
