Hello all, I am looking at some information about the type of honey I get depending on the nectar they gather. I am surrounded by Melaleuca, Bazilian pepper, Mexican clover and saw palmetto. It is my understanding that Brazilian pepper is really gold in color and very sweet whilst Melaleuca honey is really dark. Some of the honey I get also has a slight bitter after taste (Mexican clover?).
Thanks for enlightening me.
