Brand spanking new Beekeeper here.

I'm hoping this is the right place for this question...... I live in Pasadena California. I'd like to start my first two hives with Nucs. Everything with regards to bees seems to be happening 5-7 hours North of me. Where do the local beekeepers get their Nucs>

Thanks for the help in advance.

I posted 5 frame nucs for sale within this web site under the For Sale sections last summer.

No frame exchange. Most of the frames are under one year of age.

!00% 2009 or 2010 mated daughter queens from my instrumentally inseminated queens that I buy from Glenn Apiaries
The queens are mated in high VSH Drone Congregation areas.

Their availability depends on weather and cultural field conditions, usually around April 15 to May 1st
Price nuc varies by volume
You pick them up in Ventura County by arrangement.
Paid with certified funds or cash, and no credit cards.

Regards,
Ernie
