is there anything you can put in standing water to keep the skeeters from breeding but not hurt the bees?

I get some stuff at our local MFA (farmer's exchange/feed store). It is a hormone that you can add to stock tanks or any standing water. Livestock and wildlife can drink it. It is a hormone that keeps the skeeter larvae from reaching the last stage of their life cycle (flying blood sucker). So you will still see little wiggly things in the water but they won't get past that stage.

Oh I forgot. You can also look for something called "mosquitoe dunks" they are made from BT a biological insecticide that is not harmful to bees. Sundance sells BT (just used some on the garden today) but not the mosquitoe dunks. I'm pretty sure you can find them at places like Tractor Supply or Orshlen's or online store.
