The same seeds you see in a lot of grocery stores around here. I know they sell large packets of wildflower seeds, or you can buy bulk seed for one specific type of flower.
Looks like it doesn't really bloom until the 2nd year, and it's considered biennial, so expect blooms every two years. Also doesn't seem to do well on acidic soil.
Around here, you can have dandelions blooming every month of the year. They reseed themselves down pretty good too.
Or check your local farm co-op to see if they can get you buckwheat seed. It starts blooming 3-4 weeks after planting. It is a good nectar producer, but it is a dark honey.
Buy some Lime additive for the soil (alkaline) to neutralize areas so you can plant. Might take a considerable amount, however, once watered in, could take a few weeks to reverse the acid effect. Plant away.
