Hi we are new to bee keeping. Our hives are 4 weeks old and they have fill out 8 or so frames in the first deep. So we have been reading and some say to put the second deep under the first and some say to put it on top. So we were just wondering what everyone thought?

Take the frames that have not been filled out yet and break up the brood nest with them by placing them between already drawn frames. Then as guner62 states, add the next brood box full of frames on top of this one. They will start to work into them as they finish up in the bottom.
