What do you all use to clean/sanitize your jars/pails etc for packing honey that will work on a 200 ++ Hive harvest setup ?

I want to invest into something I can use for years to come that will make the CFIA happy :)

I don't know about the containers that you buy there in nova scotia, but what I buy here they are ready to go out of the box. The only thing I've had to do in the past is use some pressureized air to blow a little cardboard dust out of the container. If you were using glass jars you COULD put them thru the sanitize cycle on a dish washer, but I don't know why you would NEED to.

Talk to your package supplier. They should be sterile as is. Glass is cased hot, as are the plastic bottles.

I will call the CFIA and ask what they require, I hope to build an inspected honey house in the near future and I thought maybe someone has gone through this with them before and could suggest what they were told to use that's all.
