What's a good source for those super big
rubber bands to use holding comb into deep
frames.

Small community here (9,000) has a Kmart and
a Wallmart. Do they have them.

I need them by Monday for a cut out.

I am not sure about WallyMart but I get mine at Staples Office Supply.

We have bought some at Walmart. They were in a large plastic bag and able to fit around deep frames.

do. Town is a ways off. I'll bring some frame
wire for backup.

I get my rubber bands at WalMart in the office supplies section. They are a 3" X 1/8" (No. 32) rubber band. They come 85 bands to a bag. I use these bands on deep frames when I do cutouts.

them too. Saves me a 30 mile trip to look around
for them.

cotton kite string works as well and seems more natural to me. good luck,mike

Oh, don't worry, Mike Haney. It's natural LATEX, so it'll be just fine...

By the way, the bees chew the rubber bands and will drag them out of the hive in a month or two. It's really no big deal either way.

A hobby shop that has Radio Control airplane stuff will have them. They are used to attach the wings.
