I'm also a retired falvoner. Really hard to get a job in that business. I took the easy one but after four years the AF Academy kicks you out.

Hawkins, Hawkman, just great, I have enough trouble keeping everyone straigt as it is! :cool: In fact I think I've already called Hawkman Hawk in another post when in fact Hawkins is Hawk. This will make late night posts more challenging. Oh well, who'd of thought?

Well you meet all kinds of folks here I dont know much about birds but just meet a guy in the Hood that raises Hawks and now I save all the tree rats I catch for him but he is afraid of my bees :D

Yes,

I work the migrations in the Appalachian Mountain Range in the fall. Do some eyass banding as well. Last 2 years have been pretty sparse. West Nile??? I hunt Harris's out here.
