I have one queenless hive, is it too late to introduce a mated queen? can still order them at Oliveraz honey bees

is it too late to replace some mean queens while I'm at it?

I have a nuc with a bunch of swarm cells, I still see drones, and they are just getting capped, too late for this to produce a mated queen?

Or just combine them, shake out the nucs if queens don't return?

Mated queen, no problem. I’d not bother trying to get a queen mated this late in the year.

I ordered 1 ohb saskatraz queen for the big hive, will see what happens with the cells, before I shake em out, or combine.
