I put a queen in a cage on a the top frame and I could see the bee feeding her so I let here out and they seem to like her then she went down into the hive .was this speedy reqeening method a mistake or will she bee ok it seems I have read about this type of requeening before and I like to experiment a little.

The general practice is to let the hive eat the candy plug out to give them time to get used to her smell, only time will tell if you got away with quick relese.
