So I should have roughly 20 queen cells that will need to be transferred to mating nucs this coming Saturday and Sunday. Just checked the weather and night time temps are supposed to drop to 29F next Tuesday and 31F next Wednesday, before returning to the usually 78F high/55F lows of the season.

Should I be worried? Any precautions?

Aside from, obviously, keeping them warm up till the moment you install them. I always make sure the cells are installed on brood near the center of the cluster. I've put lots of cells in on chilly mornings, barely above freezing, with no ill effects.
