Queens Crapping Out
I am interested in some opinions - I made 35 NUCs last month with new caged queens from a reputable source. Queens with few exceptions were well accepted and began laying nicely. After 1 brood cycle, I noticed that a rather significant number of these queens must have been killed and the NUCs begain to make supercedure cells to replace these queens. Thoughts?
