The rule of thumb is to install new queens after the summer solstice, late June. I would not be so quick to change them all just to be doing it. I would only change out the ones that were poor performers and had not yet been superceded. A failing queen will be replaced by the bees, and they know best. You should mark all your queens so you know which ones are the older ones and can act accordingly.
