Very good chance there is a queen.
Queen rite?
Is it safe to say a swarm has a queen if they start to build comb (lots) 2 days after they were captured. Then placed in a nuc box with foundation less frames and one frame of foundation.

I look for pollen to start going in shortly after hiving. 4-10 days. Later in the season it could take longer if the swarm has a virgin queen in it. Once you see pollen wait a while and look for sealed brood. Make sure it isn't drone brood and everything is fine.
