I use all mediums, so I took some standard deeps and cut them to 7 1/4" deep. I grooved them to divide it into thirds with 1/4" laun plywood dividers and a 1/4" laun bottom and a 1/4" laun migratory top. I put one entrance in each direction by drilling a hile 2/3 of the way up on each side into one of the four chambers. This makes four 2 frame nucs and I plan to put melted wax on the bottom so I can feed by just running honey into the bottom of the nucs and not neeed a feeder.
