I requeened my three hives yesterday, first time requeening, I positioned the cages vertically, should I have placed them horizontally with the screen facing down instead of the screen facing sideways and if so should I go back in the hives and reposition them? I did place them between two frames of brood. - Thanks

you should be fine as long as the screen is not pressed up against the comb. if you pressed the screen against the comb i would go fix it now. if the candy plug faces down there is a chance attendants die and can block the queens egress. if your cage contained attendants AND you positioned it with plug down, i would check in 3 or 4 days. alsoif the screen is up there is a chance the compartment can flood with feed/honey/water and drown her.
