Just my imagination working here. I picture a molten wax source being sprayed in a fine mist into moving cold water. At the end the wax balls are floated into a strainer.

But I really don't know.

I would like to purchase some type of machine to process beeswax that will turn solid wax into measurable granules. Right now I get it from a supplier but I'd rather be able to process it myself.

it would be ALOT of work, but possibly an old-fashioned hand cheese grater? i think you will be shocked at the price of such specialised machinery. check out the relatively simple foundation rollers. i'd be surprised if one could sell enough soap in a decade to brake even on the cost of a wax granulator. good luck, mike

Thanks Mike!

That is what I was afraid of :( I was holding out hope that there was something simple for personal use but I'd imagine there is no such luck

you need a wax melter and a large tub of water let a small stream of wax dribble into the water and it makes the little beads then you just strain them off the top
