hello all -I have some wonderful pics I took today, and I'd love to post them but am having a problem. They are around 4 megs each due to extremely high megapixyl. (if that is how you spell that) I'd like to post the high res pics but hunt101.com says they are too large...any ideas?

you need to shink em down
it takes to long to download em if they're that big
do you have a place to post em?
I have a webserver I'll be glad to put em on for you
if you'd like we can put em there in both original size and a shrunk down version for folks that don't want to wait for em to download ( I like the big ones so you can see detail)

PM me if you want to do that

I don't want to put you out - how difficult a thing is this to do? I don't have the ability to shrink these things down, and I certainly don't want to make work for you as I know you are a busy guy already. We can start with a couple and go from there if it is no trouble to you, and if folks want to see more. OK? thanks. You want me to send them to you? how would we do that?

thanks dave. let's see if we get requests for more. I have some of the farm cat hunting bees, stalking through the rocks to pounce on a heather plant, and finally getting stung in the mouth, haha it was great.

Here's what I put on Windoze boxes
for people with digital cameras, as
it allows one to grab images off the
camera (assuming it looks like a
"removable disc drive" to the system)
and resize/rename images on the fly,
resulting in nothing but directly
mailable and postable images on the
user's disc.

JPEG Resizer
http://www.virtualzone.de/

Works like a champ.
Does what you want, and if left alone,
creates consistenly downsized images
with a minimum of fuss and bother.

Very nice pictures, FordGuy. And not one finger in the bunch. What kind of camera are you using? You can certainly inspect your bees up close and personal with those.

Dave, that was kind of you to post FordGuy's photos for us to enjoy.
