Pollen cleaning??

What and how or you guys cleaning large amounts of pollen???

You could also set up like a topsoil screener.

Have a screened frame, open at one end, set at an angle. Attach a sander to it so that it vibrates. The screen should be small enough that the bulk of the pollen does not fall through, but smaller garbage like bee parts and mites do. Put a container under the screen and a container at the end and turn it on. Save the garbage to make into pollen patties, depending on what falls through, that is.

Years ago I collected pollen from 300 traps. I tried several things and found the seed cleaner was best for me. With right size screens it will sort out stuff larger than the pollen, the smaller stuff and then runs the rest through a fan. What falls out the bottom was good clean pollen. I purchased an office type or dest top seed cleaner, it is about one foot wide, three feet long and two feet high. The company I purchased the cleaner from had me send them some pollen and they sent 8 differant screens best for the pollen.
