They might, but it has almost no nutritive value unfortunately. Bees need access to varied species that are insect-pollinated for good nutrition; wind-pollinated plants produce prodigiously but are low in nutrition. The bees seem to have no way to assess the value of pollens though; they'll forage sawdust of the right "grain size".
